CSV columns can be simple email,name,role or the full student register headers: ENROLMENT NUMBER, NAME, MOBILE NO., EMAILID, GENDER, PROGRAM LEVEL, DEGREE, PROGRAMME/BRANCH, ACADEMIC YEAR. Generated passwords are shown once for secure hand-off.

ID pattern password format: BE@ + last 6 alphanumeric characters of enrolment number + last 4 mobile digits. Users are flagged to change the password after first login.

Admin/librarian sees institute-wide analytics. Students and individual users see their own usage only.

Charts are available in Usage Dashboard: usage over time, categories, top users, engagement, keyword demand and document activity.

Multi-tenant

Superadmin can create more tenants. Tenant admins see only their own institute. Campus IP/CIDR entries allow automatic no-login access when the request comes through the whitelisted network.

Upload verified source-level status for your institute. Search filter → Scopus / Web of Science audit can then show or filter results by this registry.
